Artwork Terms & Conditions

• 1) Ownership of Art: All artwork is created and owned by Maitrikala. You are purchasing the artwork, but not the copyright. You cannot copy, resell, or use the art commercially without written permission.
• 2) Orders: By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price. Prices may change anytime. Orders may be cancelled in case of error or issue (a full refund will be provided).
• 3) Payment: Full payment is required before delivery. Accepted payment methods include [UPI / Cards / Wallets / PayPal / Razorpay, etc.].
• 4) Shipping (for physical artworks): Orders are shipped to the address provided by you. Delivery time depends on your location. We are not responsible for courier delays or wrong addresses provided by the buyer.
• 5) Digital Art Delivery (if applicable): Digital files will be delivered via email or download link after payment. Please ensure your email address is correct before ordering.
• 6) Returns & Refunds: Physical art: Returns are not accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged. If damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours with photos as proof. Digital art: No refunds once files are delivered.
• 7) Privacy: Your personal information is used only for order processing and is never sold or shared with others (except required courier or payment partners).
• 8) Copyright: All artwork, photos, and text on this website belong to MaitriKala. No copying, downloading, reproduction, or use of any content without permission.
